The CCSU Samarth portal is the admission portal of Chaudhary Charan Singh University in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. CCSU runs its online admissions on the Samarth platform, the same e-governance system many Indian universities use. If you applied to CCSU this year, this portal is where your application lives.
What you do on the portal
You register with your email and mobile number, fill the admission form for your UG or PG course, upload your documents, pay the application fee online, and submit. After that, you sign back in to download your application, follow your status, and watch for merit lists. Keep your registered mobile number active — the portal uses it for OTPs and updates.
CCSU Samarth portal login
Go to ccsuniversityadm.samarth.edu.in and sign in with the email ID and password you created at registration. If you forgot the password, use the forgot-password option on the login page and reset it through your registered email or mobile. One account covers your application — do not create a second account with a different email, or your form and merit status can split across two profiles.
2026-27 admissions status
Admissions for the 2026-27 session closed on 21 September 2026, so the form window is shut for this cycle. After closing, the university moved to merit lists and counselling — for example the B.P.E.S. and M.P.E.S. merit rounds in late September 2026. If you applied, your next steps are on the portal: check the merit list for your course, then follow the counselling and fee instructions shown against your application.
If your name is on a merit list
Open the merit notice for your course, note the counselling date and the documents asked for, and complete the fee payment inside the deadline shown. Merit seats move fast — a missed deadline usually passes the seat to the next candidate.
Documents to keep ready
Even with the form closed for this cycle, keep your application PDF, fee receipt and the documents you uploaded in one folder. Merit counselling asks for the originals of the same papers — mark sheets, transfer and character certificates, caste or category certificate if you claimed one, and ID proof. Students applying in the next cycle should scan these before the form opens, because the Samarth form asks for uploads in set formats and sizes, and a last-day scramble is when most application mistakes happen.
